Life Time Members: Reserve your spot through the Life Time app. After registering, you’ll get a confirmation email which serves as your proof of donation and instructions to set up your fundraising page. 

Non-Members or Guests of Life Time Members: Register using this form. 

Once registered, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to make a donation through your chosen club’s DonorDrive fundraising page. No One-Day Membership is required—just register and follow the email instructions to join the fun! 

Yes! Every participant needs to reserve via the Life Time app or the Non-Member / Guest of Life Time Member Registration Form (above). 

We’d love for everyone to join us in person this year! At this time, Move for a Life Time is an in-club experience only, so there won’t be a livestream option. This is all about moving together and building community—so grab your spot at your local Life Time club and be part of the energy! 

Yes, your class reservation requires a non-refundable donation. 

90-Minute Option: $15 donation 
3-Hour Option: $30 donation 

Convert cash to a check and make it payable to Children’s Miracle Network (U.S.) or SickKids Foundation (Canada). Include “Life Time Move for a Life Time 2026” and either the participant or Life Time Club Location who should benefit from your donation in the memo line.

Yes! Move for a Life Time participants can earn exclusive incentives for registering and reaching fundraising milestones. 

• Milestone 1: First 10,000 participants to register and raise $50 receive Move for a Life Time branded socks.
• Milestone 2: First 350 participants to raise $500 receive a $100 Ten Thousand promo code.
• Milestone 3: First 100 participants to raise $1,500 receive a Power Plate Mini+ (fulfilled post-event).

U.S.: Donations are split between Life Time Foundation and your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital.
Canada: Donations support SickKids Foundation. 

Saturday, March 7, 2026, at your local Life Time club (start times may vary, check local club schedules). After class, stick around for a social celebration! 

Yes! Life Time is licensed to provide childcare for up to 2.5 hours per child per day. Because of this, the 90-minute class option is the most family-friendly choice for parents who plan to use Kids Academy during the event. Childcare is available for members with juniors on their membership, and guest participants should check with their club for availability.
