Fundraising for SickKids in Honour of My Sister’s Thyroid Cancer Journey
We are fundraising in support of SickKids in honour of my sister and her thyroid cancer journey.
Watching someone you love face cancer is something that changes your whole family. It brings fear, uncertainty, appointments, treatments, waiting, and moments where you wish you could take the pain away for them. Through it all, my sister has shown so much strength, courage, and resilience.
This fundraiser is deeply personal to us. We are raising funds for SickKids to help children and families access the care, research, support, and hope they need during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
By supporting SickKids, we are helping them continue their important work to diagnose faster, treat smarter, and provide life-changing care for children facing serious illnesses.
