Hey I'm Chelsea, and my Hockey Jersey number is 23!
I was badly hurt in an accident recently, and the Sick Kids surgeons helped me so much!
I would love it if you could please donate $23 (or any amount really!) to Sick Kids to help them help other kids too!
Sick Kids is such an awesome place and so many kids need help - please donate and know that every single dollar will go to Sick Kids to support Kids!!
