Harper’s healthy heart

I'm Fundraising in Support of SickKids!

Wednesday, March 11, 2026, is a date that will forever be etched in my heart. My happy, healthy daughter Harper went into cardiac arrest, and in an instant our world changed.

Because of the quick thinking, skill, and compassion of firefighters, paramedics, police, and the incredible team at SickKids, Harper is here today. They saved my daughter’s life. They gave me the gift of holding my little girl again.

I am writing this from a hospital room at SickKids, overwhelmed with gratitude and still trying to process everything we have been through. As I sit here, I keep thinking about what I can do to help make outcomes like ours possible again and again for other families.

If you are able, please consider making a donation today to support the life-saving work of the teams who step in during the most critical moments. Your support helps ensure that more children get the same chance Harper was given — the chance to live, to recover, and to be held by the people who love them most.
