Five years ago, we opened our doors with a passion for sharing Mediterranean flavors
and hospitality. Since then, our community has embraced us in ways we could have
never imagined — and because of your support, we’ve been able to grow. Now, with
your support, we can give back and make a real difference.
This invitation is for everyone who has touched our lives along the way — family,
friends, loyal customers who became like family, and the community that has stood with
us every step of the way.
We are honored to invite you to be part of our Pay-What-You-Can Grand Opening
Fundraiser at our new location at 224 Glenridge Avenue, St. Catharines on
Tuesday, August 26, 2025 — a full day dedicated not just to celebration, but to
making a real difference.

Event Highlights
• Doors Open at 11:00 a.m. — begin the day with great food and community spirit.
• Ribbon Cutting at 12:00 p.m. — join us as we officially open our new doors with the
support of local leaders and friends.
• 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. — enjoy family-friendly activities, free tastings, and hourly prize
giveaways as we celebrate together.
• All-Day Giving (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) — every meal served becomes an act of
kindness, with 100% of proceeds donated directly to SickKids Hospital.
On Tuesday August 26th, order the meal you love and pay whatever you wish —
whether it’s less, more, or the menu price. Every dollar raised goes directly to SickKids
Hospital.
Your presence means the world to us. It is because of your support that we are here
today, and together we can make our grand opening a day of generosity, community,
and hope for children and families in need.
