I'm Fundraising in Support of SickKids!
This year, our team at the Archimedes' Lever Initiative aims to allocate all remaining funds, following the completion of our program, to SickKids.
I wanted to take a moment to explain why this cause means so much to us. Everything we do at A.L.I is built around one belief: every kid deserves a real place to stand before the world asks them to move it.
For us, that's meant giving middle schoolers exposure to careers and futures they'd never otherwise get to see. But that same belief (that every child deserves the support to reach their full potential) is exactly what SickKids' stands for too. All donations to this fund lets SickKids redirect donations to wherever the need is greatest that day, whether that's the newest research breakthrough, a life-saving piece of equipment, or a family who needs support they can't get anywhere else. It's flexible, immediate, and it goes straight to the kids who need it most, right when they need it.
We believe every child deserves a real chance; at their health, at their future, at their potential. Supporting SickKids is one more way we can help make that true. Any amount helps.
