I'm Riding for SickKids!

I'm particpating in this year's Ride for SickKids to help them:

DIAGNOSE FASTER
For worried families, this means getting a quicker answer to ""What's wrong?""

TREAT SMARTER
Treating underlying causes, not just symptoms, and reducing side effects & relapses – so kids get better, sooner

PREDICT BETTER
See illness coming more clearly – while there’s still time to prevent it or reduce its severity

Please consider sponsoring my ride. Thank you for your support!

🎉 WE DID IT... THANKS TO YOU!

Wednesday 1st Jul

Just a few days ago, I launched my Ride for SickKids campaign with what I thought was an ambitious fundraising goal of $2,000.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of my family, friends, colleagues, and supporters, we reached that goal far sooner than I ever imagined.

💙 THANK YOU.

I am truly humbled by your kindness, encouragement, and generosity. Every donation, every share, and every message of support has meant more to me than words can express.

Because of your amazing support, I've increased my fundraising goal to $3,500.

Every additional donation will help support the incredible work being done at SickKids and the children and families who rely on their care.

If you've already donated, thank you for believing in me and this cause. Your generosity is helping make a real difference.

If you haven't had the opportunity yet, there's still time to join us and help change the lives of children and families who depend on SickKids.

🎯 NEW GOAL: $3,500

Let's keep the momentum going and see just how much we can accomplish together.

Thank you again for believing in this cause and for helping make a difference.

Why I'm Riding for SickKids

For many years, I've had the privilege of volunteering with Friends Helping To Grant Wishes, a charity dedicated to helping children facing critical illnesses and families in need. Through this journey, I've met many incredible families whose children have received care at SickKids. Listening to their stories and witnessing their strength, courage, and resilience has had a lasting impact on me.

This year, I'm honoured to be participating in my first Ride for SickKids, joining Knights on Bikes for a 100-kilometre ride in support of an organization that has brought hope and healing to so many children and their families.

As someone who has spent many years raising funds for children's charities, supporting SickKids through this ride is a cause that is truly close to my heart. This is my opportunity to give back in a different way and help ensure that SickKids can continue providing exceptional care, advancing pediatric research, and supporting families when they need it most.

I've set a personal fundraising goal of $2,000, and I would be grateful for your support. Every donation, regardless of the amount, helps support the important work being done at SickKids.

If you're unable to donate, sharing my fundraising page with your family and friends would mean just as much.

Thank you for supporting me, Knights on Bikes, and, most importantly, the incredible children and families who depend on SickKids every day.

Together, we can make a difference.

Thank you,
