I'm Fundraising in Support of SickKids!
I created this fundraiser because:
I am currently in my second summer as a Child Life Volunteer at SickKids in Toronto! I recently noticed how helpful it would be to have more toys and play materials to help the Child Life Specialists, nurses and volunteers have productive, engaging and fun interactions with the kids and provide a little bright spot in their day!
This page is for your use if you'd like to donate towards our Play Wishlist so we can purchase toys, games and crafts for the kiddos in the hospital this summer.
If you are interested in giving a specific toy being requested, I can share our Wishlist with you, or if you'd like to donate unopened toys you have already, you can contact me personally as well!
I am so excited because I have raised money for SickKids before, but since this is a fundraiser for my floor and position specifically, I will be directly seeing and feeling the impact and benefits of this money raised. Even a couple dollars raised will make a difference. I am so looking forward to have new toys and play materials to show my buddies at SK!
