I've created this page in memory of a loved one.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Joey Majerovich, born on March 29, 1979, due to a tragic car accident which occurred on August 29, 2025, at the age of 46. He was the beloved husband of Nichole and father to Emilia, Joseph and Olivia.
He is survived by his loving in-laws Dave and Connie Millar, sister in law Jaclyn DeAzevedo (husband Frank DeAzevedo and nephews Cristiano and Jaxon), and brother in law Joel Millar; his mother Jean Majerovich, sister Marisa Spina (husband Mario Spina, niece Milana and nephew Marino) and brother Marco Majerovich. Joey is predeceased by his father Joe Majerovich.
Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Rd. E. on Sunday, September 7 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, 620 Rymal Rd. E, Hamilton, on Monday, September 8 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Cemetery, 681 Mud St. E Stoney Creek at 11:30 a.m. Reception to follow at the Croatian Club, 166 Green Mountain Rd. E, Stoney Creek.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Sick Kids Oncology / Eye clinic would be appreciated by the family. sickkidsfoundation.com
