We are fundraising in support of SickKids!
HowieKids for SickKids is a collective of kids aged 12 and under who live on the same street in Toronto.
This summer, one of the kids on our street was diagnosed with a large tumour in her head. The neighbourhood kids have banded together to show our support by fundraising money for SickKids. We have worked together to fundraise money through lemonade stands and bake and bracelet sales. We also planned and choreographed our own fundraising variety show for our neighbours!
We will continue our periodic lemonade and bake sales (and other fundraising events we plan) through the school year so that we can reach our fundraising goal.
