Welcome to the 2026 WePioneer STEM contest! We're excited to host an event where STEM enthusiasts can utilize their talents toward a beneficial cause. Organized by high school students from all over GTA, the contest would be an opportunity where students would solve problems related to mathematics and physics and compete for prizes.Â
After the contest, students will have the opportunity to participate in fun team-based STEM games to win even more prizes! Lunch and snacks will also be provided!
In previous years, the math contest we hosted had more than 120 participants who helped raise over $7000 through their generous donations. Last year, we expanded our contest to include all kinds of STEM questions. As it is our fourth year, we will set the goal to $4000!
There will be 2 divisions this year for our contest:Â Grades 3-7 and Grades 8-12
Prizes are awarded to the top 3 contestants of each division and winning teams of the team challenges!
While there is no registration fee, we invite you to make a donation to SickKids Hospital (all donations over $20 will receive a tax receipt)
We are also looking for businesses that could support our event through monetary donations, catering services, or prize donations. We will include you on our event posters and t-shirts! It's a great way to show your support for youth Initiatives while promoting your business to many parents/youths.Â
